Mexican Crockpot Chicken

Ingredients:

1 lb chicken tenderloins or 3 to 4 chicken breasts (boneless, skinless)
1 whole onion sliced
2 whole bellpepper sliced
1 can rotel
1 package McCormick Taco seasoning
Salsa (optional)
Avocado (optional)

Combine all ingredients in slow cooker. Cook on low for 8 hours or cook on high for 4 hours.
Serve over lettuce with sliced avocado and salsa!
Amazing and easy!
